
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Government-linked company Sabah Air Aviation Sdn Bhd (SAASB) has been in talks with the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP) about providing support service to the latter’s air wing unit.
SAASB Chairman Kenny Chua said both parties are positive about the collaboration in view of Sabah’s wide coastal areas.
“This collaboration will certainly boost our aerial strength and capability, including in search and rescue operations,” he said after paying a courtesy call on Sabah Acting Police Commissioner Datuk Jauteh Dikun, Wednesday. He was accompanied by SAASB Group CEO Rodney Linus.
