Kota Kinabalu: Sabah has announced this coming Monday is a public holiday.
Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor, in a statement, said the move is in line with new Prime Minister Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim's announcement yesterday of the same.
Anwar made the announcement after he was sworn in at Istana Negara as Malaysia's 10th prime minister.
