Kota Kinabalu: Sabah College (Maktab Sabah) has teamed up with Wipers Women Rugby (WWR) under the Sabah College Outreach Programme (SCROP).

WWP president Abul Rashid Adlie said the collaboration between the two parties started in January this year and will end in December 2028.

Under the agreement, they will provide qualified coaches to train the Sabah College Women Rugby team and also provide funds for their training centre/camp as well as covering the expenses including participation fees at the local, national and international levels.

A brief ceremony of handing over a rugby ball from Abul Rashid to Sabah College’s principal Nurani Fauziah Derin was held at the school on Monday.
