
Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) remains fully committed to resolving complaints about power disruptions.
Leading the initiative, SESB conducted joint inspections at Ranau and Keningau District Zones on July 4-5 with the Sabah Public Complaints Bureau (BPA) to ensure electricity supply and infrastructure were functioning properly.
“It is important such on-site inspections and strategic cooperation are continued for the benefit of consumers in the State, and address public complaints especially relating to SESB,” said BPA Director Clarence Runggi, who also thanked SESB for their quick response and action to resolve complaints received from the public.
The visit was also attended by Sabah BPA Deputy Director, Bong Chow Liang who represented Clarence, including SESB KK Senior Manager of Customer Management Centre, Amir Mahat, SESB Manager for Zone Ranau, Winchess Maximillian and SESB Manager for Zone Keningau, Retty Felicia Simok, as well as BPA and SESB officers.
