Sabah govt thanks Chinese community associations, business groups for support: Hajiji

Kota Kinabalu: The State Government greatly values the continued support from all Chinese community associations and chambers of commerce in the State, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.

Hajiji said that with their strong and ongoing support, the State Government is now on the right track in driving development under the Sabah Maju Jaya (SMJ) Development Plan.

“We deeply appreciate the willingness of the Chinese community, including the Sabah United Chinese Chambers of Commerce (SUCCC), which continues to stand alongside the government in assisting with every sector of development in the State," he said at the SUCCC's 2024-2027 Committee swearing-in ceremony, here, on Monday.

His speech was delivered by Industrial Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Datuk Phoong Jin Zhe.
