On the potential impact on Sabah following the Federal Government’s review of egg subsidies, Jeffrey said Sabah would increase egg production.

He said the subsidies are important in lifting people out of hardcore poverty, particularly those with land assets.
“We want to support our people with infrastructure, seedlings, marketing assistance and other necessities to enhance their productive capacity.”
