Kota Kinabalu: Collaborative participation from all sectors of the society to ensure success of the government’s Hala Tuju Sabah Maju Sabah (SMJ) is indeed need, said Deputy Chief Minister II Datuk Seri Dr Joachim Ginsalam.
“The success of the SMJ Development Plan and other similar initiatives depends on the participation of local communities, civil servants and policymakers,” he stressed.
He said participation not only empowers people but also enables local government to establish methods through inclusive and effective involvement.
