Kota Kinabalu: Sabah may benefit from RM1 billion in property investments annually at zero cost if the policies surrounding the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme are simplified.
Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) President Datuk Datuk Chua Soon Ping said Sabah should be taking advantage of Section 151 of the Immigration Act 1963 - unique to the Borneon states - as Sarawak did, by allowing online applications.
He said the association would iron out the details with the State Government by next month.
