
KOTA KINABALU: Upko has been urged not to capitalise on Sabah PKR's groundwork in Tanjung Aru before the coming state elections.
Sabah PKR information chief Razeef Rakimin (pic) said in response to Upko’s Dr Marcus Mojigoh, who suggested the party should field a candidate in the constituency.
AdvertisementThe 73-year-old former Putatan MP said he would run independently if necessary but pledged support for any Upko candidate.
Razeef said Tanjung Aru, like other key seats, has yet to be finalised.

Confident in PKR’s machinery and past performance in Tanjung Aru, Razeef added that the party would prioritise youth representation, with over half of the candidates expected to be new faces.
