Kota Kinabalu: The State Government has proposed a RM5.138 billion budget for 2023 with a surplus of RM130.47 million – the ninth consecutive surplus budget for Sabah since 2015.
Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor said the State's revenue collection for next year is estimated to be RM5.268 million.
