Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah State Farmers’ Organisation (PPNS) and Putrajaya Area Farmers’ Organisation (PPK Putrajaya) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish business collaboration and explore marketing opportunities for Putrajaya products in Sabah.
The agreement, aimed at building business networks and unlocking mutual commercial benefits, was signed by PPNS deputy chairman Datuk Ng Loi Tect and PPK Putrajaya chairman Datuk Ghazali Hassan, alongside Farmers’ Organisation Authority (LPP) representatives Mohammad Utung and Jafrin Kaingud here on Wednesday.
PPNS chairman Datuk Mohd Nazri Abdullah and outgoing Sabah Federal Secretary Datuk Mohd Razali Wahab witnessed the signing ceremony, which was held in conjunction with a farewell event organised by PPNS in honour of Razali.
During the event, Nazri thanked Razali for his service and contributions to Sabah, and expressed hope that their close friendship would endure after Razali returned to Kuala Lumpur.
Razali, who is retiring after more than 32 years in the civil service and previously served as deputy director-general of the National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma), thanked the State Government for its cooperation and described concluding his public service career in Sabah as a meaningful milestone.
