TAWAU: Sabah ranks 13th out of 15 states in the country in terms of the people’s happiness index in 2021 which ws measured based on physical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects.
State Assistant Minister of Finance, Datuk Nizam Abu Bakar Titingan said the index was based on a study by the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) last year.
In this regard, he believed that the Women’s Santuni Outreach programme organised by the Sabah Women’s Affairs Department (Jhewa) can benefit women, especially knowledge on family laws.
