Kota Kinabalu: The State Government has embarked on a programme to digitise records and documents in Sabah’s Native Courts which would subsequently revolutionise its services.
The Record Digitisation Programme aims to build a digital document repository which would enable records to be accessed more easily between Native Courts (MAN) across Sabah.
Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Yakub Khan said it would also preserve important historical data which would otherwise decay if it continues to be kept in the form of physical paper and files.
