
KOTA KINABALU: Keadilan Tuaran chief Razeef Rakimin supports the SMJ ‘Sabah Sejahtera’ scheme, calling the initiative reflective of the state’s concern for public welfare.
“We fully support this step prioritising people’s well-being. While Keadilan Tuaran had earlier approved financial aid for 40 ESRF patients, more support is needed.
“Dialysis costs remain high, and machine shortages still burden patients,” he said, urging for greater federal funding to upgrade public healthcare services.
