Kota Kinabalu: Sabah and Sarawak should get 35 per cent of the 70 seats in the Dewan Negara, said Senator Datuk John Ambrose.
He said if the move materialises, Sabah and Sarawak would have at least 11 Senators each.
“While there have been numerous calls for 35 per cent of the 222 seats in the Dewan Rakyat (Parliament), Sabah and Sarawak should also pursue the same for the Senate seats.
