Kota Kinabalu: Sabah will have two more Child Development Centres (PPKK) in rural areas by the end of this year, said Community Development and People’s Wellbeing Minister Datuk Ir Shahelmey Yahya.
“This brings the total number of PPKK to 37, which is fully operational with 1,264 registered children.
“PPKK, which is a development programme under the Sabah Maju Jaya Flagship initiative, will be continued in 2023 by adding another two PPKK in the rural areas or the interior,” he said in his winding up speech at the State Legislative Assembly, recently.
