
Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah Tourism Board (STB) will set up a dedicated hotline to manage issues faced by tourists in the State, said Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew.
“If tourists face problems while visiting Sabah, they can call this hotline number where the Ministry will immediately dispatch its personnel to investigate the matter,” she said during Swepa’s International Women’s Conference 2024 press conference, here, Thursday.
“In the past, we had to wait for the initial actions from the police, but now we are going to have STB officers handling the hotline number to manage any (tourist-related) issue.”
