Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Umno hopes to form a coalition with local parties “left out” by the ruling GRS government which may include Warisan, PBRS and KDM.
Sabah Umno Chief Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin said it is clear that in the current political situation, no single party can survive another election in Sabah.
“The people can no longer just accept one party. We have been through election after election and we are heading towards another one. For sure we will be going at it with a coalition.
“See those who were in the cycle of power and opposition, they will be the same parties contesting. The young voters have seen this and made their choice among the local parties,” he said.
