Kota Kinabalu: The Rise of Lion, a Sabahan film, achieved yet another milestone after it received nominations in three of the main categories in this year’s 32nd Malaysian Film Festival (FFM32).
Director Michelle Xin said the movie secured the top five spots in three categories, namely the Most Promising Director, Most Promising Actor, and Best Poster.
“This is great news for the Sabah film industry. We have moved one more step forward,” she told Daily Express.
