Veteran sporting director Walter Sabatini admits he's enjoyed watching Khvicha Kvaratskhelia star with Napoli.
The Georgia international has been outstanding in his first season in Italy.
Sabatini told Il Corriere dello Sport, "Kvara is super, more than (Rafael) Leao.
"Leao tears you to pieces, damn it. But the Georgian is bad, decisive, has impact. I vote for Kvara.
"I have never known envy, except now that I have discovered this boy. (Cristiano) Giuntoli is a phenomenon."
Sabatini left Salernitana earlier this season and added: "Shameful that I'm out.
"I'm really p***ed off, because staying out doesn't seem right. I don't find myself in the role of spectator, I'm not capable of it."
