MANILA, Philippines — American singer-songwriter Sabrina Carpenter is honoring country music icon Dolly Parton following their collaboration on one of Carpenter’s biggest hits.
The two music icons collborated last 2025 for a remix of Carpenter’s hit song “Please Please Please,” with Parton also making a memorable appearance in its music video.
In an emotional Instagram tribute, Carpenter recalled meeting Parton for the first time, saying, “She really is an angel walking the earth” and “We look like we could be sisters!”
Carpenter also shared fond memories of Parton, celebrating her warmth, kindness, and the qualities she said she will always cherish.
