Tottenham are seeking talks with Nagelsmann after Antonio Conte's departure on Sunday.
The 35-year-old was surprisingly dismissed by Bayern last Friday and has now become one of the most sought-after managers in Europe.
His immediate availability and the fact that he can be appointed without having to pay compensation make him a very attractive prospect.
However, BILD have reported Nagelsmann will take his time before mapping out his next career move as he looks to get over his 'painful' Bayern exit.
The report goes on to claim Nagelsmann would like to analyse what went wrong in his 21 months at the club and let it sink in before moving on to somewhere new.
