Former Celta Vigo fullback Michel Salgado is happy seeing Rafa Benitez taking charge.
Benitez was appointed Celta coach last month after the departure of Carlos Carvalhal.
Salgado said: "His arrival is a strong bet for Celta at a time as important as the Centenary. It is not easy to convince Bentez, one of the leading coaches, either Worldwide."
About Gabri Veiga and his possible exit, Salgado added: "Sometimes you have to be mentally prepared to make the leap. The important thing is how he feels. That is what Gabri has to do, more than the sporting aspect because in that aspect what he has done is spectacular."
