AFC Stuff reports Saliba was spotted at London Colney to continue negotiations with the Gunners about his future following three loan stints at St-Etienne, Nice and Marseille.
Saliba spent last season on-loan with Marseille.
The centre-back has held "positive" contract talks with Arsenal, who are looking to tie him down to a long-term deal.
Manager Mikel Arteta has said the 21-year-old will finally be integrated into his team following his impressive loan at Marseille last season.
