PETALING JAYA: Sabah Umno treasurer Salleh Said Keruak has asked for unwavering commitment to strengthen the party machinery in preparation for the state election.

“Our commitment to the people and our dedication to serving the community must be unwavering.

"To achieve this goal, we must strengthen our party machinery at all levels. This means enhancing our strategies, ensuring effective communication, and mobilising our members to work cohesively,

he said in Kota Marudu today, the Jesselton Times reported.

Late last year, Sabah chief minister Hajiji Noor said it was possible to have state polls as soon as 2024, despite the state government’s current mandate only due to end in 2025.
