Sampdoria chief Daniele Faggiano is baffled by Inter Milan's pursuit of Marko Arnautovic.
Inter are seeking to sign the 34 year-old from Bologna.
But Faggiano says Inter should be shooting for higher: "It only makes sense to be disappointed.
If you're the runners-up in the Champions League and trying to replace Dzeko and Lukaku with a 34-year-old, it means that you have some problems.
It's not hard to expect that thee'd go all in on bringing Lukaku back.
But then of course with how that situation went, they had to look elsewhere."
