Despite the EU region being one of the toughest nuts to break for tech companies to follow, Samsung is still focusing there, and one of the latest announcements benefits them as a whole – open access to mobile cloud gaming.
What makes this interesting is that players can now dive straight into premium mobile games on their Galaxy devices without downloading or installing anything, and the catalog keeps growing as more titles get added.
Samsung says the service has already taken off in North America, becoming a favorite way for developers and publishers to reach Galaxy owners, and now it’s bringing that same experience to Europe.
At the same time, they are giving their Mobile Gaming Hub a full redesign as the big revamp delivered later this year morphs it into a more connected space where Galaxy users can not only play games but also discover new ones across every genre, engage with gaming communities, and even tap into AI tools to enhance gameplay.
As for developers, the team up with AI-powered performance advertising company Moloco creates more opportunities in terms of stronger returns on campaigns, with case study client SpinX Games reporting double the 30-day ROAS through campaigns on Samsung’s cloud gaming platform compared to traditional channels.
All of this ties in with Samsung’s recent 80/20 revenue share model on the Galaxy Store, which channels more money back to developers and publishers. By combining seamless cloud-based access, smart ad technology, and better revenue incentives, Samsung is positioning its Galaxy platform as a serious growth engine for both players and creators.
