Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2025: Galaxy Z Fold7, Flip7 and More Set for 9 July Reveal

Samsung has officially set the date for its mid-year Galaxy Unpacked event, scheduled to take place on 9 July 2025 at 10:00 P.M. (Malaysia Time). As in previous years, the event will be broadcast live on Samsung.com, Samsung Newsroom, and the company’s official YouTube channel.

This year’s Unpacked event is expected to focus on Samsung’s upcoming generation of foldables, with the spotlight likely falling on the Galaxy Z Fold7 Series and the Galaxy Z Flip7. Samsung has hinted at delivering an “Ultra” experience, though it remains unclear whether this refers to enhancements within the standard Z Fold7 model or the introduction of a new Galaxy Z Fold7 Ultra variant alongside a base model.

In addition to the foldables, rumours point to the unveiling of Samsung’s latest wearables, including the Galaxy Watch8, the Watch8 Classic, and a second-generation Galaxy Watch Ultra.

Ahead of the event, Samsung Malaysia is inviting customers to register their interest for the upcoming Galaxy products. Registration is open now and will close just before the event starts — on 9 July 2025, at 9:59 P.M. Those who register will receive an RM50 voucher that can be used during the pre-order period for eligible Galaxy devices revealed during the event.

Registrants will also gain entry to the My AI Lifestyle Contest, where prizes include a 65” Neo QLED QN70F 4K TV, a 280W Bespoke AI Jet Lite Premium vacuum cleaner, a 594L Bespoke AI Refrigerator, a 25KG Bespoke AI Front-load Washer, and a Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.
