Samsung has kicked off its Haus of Fold Roadshow in Malaysia, giving visitors a closer look at the latest Galaxy Z Series and the new Galaxy Z Fold8.
The launch comes after the phones were unveiled globally at Galaxy Unpacked, with Samsung saying the Galaxy Z Fold8 has already seen strong pre-order demand in Malaysia. The Lavender and Graphite variants have been particularly popular, with heavy traffic reported on Samsung’s website following the pre-order opening.
The Korean giant also teamed up with several Malaysian brands and services to demonstrate how their apps fit into the foldable experience. These include AmBank, CelcomDigi, Gigi Coffee, GSC Cinemas, iQIYI, Maybank, Maxis and ZUS Coffee. 
The new Galaxy Z Fold8 brings a fresh form factor while keeping the foldable experience focused on everyday use, from getting work done and creating content to entertainment and staying connected.
Samsung Malaysia Electronics President Charles Kim also thanked Malaysians for embracing the Galaxy Z Series, saying the response shows how foldables are increasingly becoming part of everyday life.
Among the highlights was a special appearance by the cast of the upcoming action thriller ‘Takluk 2: Op Daulat!’, with Syafiq Kyle, Mimi Lana, Kamal Adli and Anas Ridzuan sharing their experiences filming with the Galaxy Z Series. Malaysian singer Dato’ Sri Siti Nurhaliza also made an appearance and talked about her experience using the Galaxy Z Fold8.
The new Samsung Galaxy Z series are still offering purchase rewards, from in-brand rebates and exclusive bank offers to Samsung Rewards Point Booster and Free iQIYI service subscription, and you can get all of these starting today until October 4.
