It’s a push that moves Samsung Pay beyond its traditional in-store use, gunning for that fast-growing online commerce space, with Fiuu providing the acquiring backbone that makes the entire rollout possible.

Now, consumers can check out smoothly on a wide selection of online platforms ranging from fashion and electronics to travel, lifestyle, F&B, health, wellness, and more, with even more merchant categories expected to go live over time. For businesses, the value is straightforward: tap into Samsung’s sizable device ecosystem, offer a checkout button that matches today’s mobile-first habits, and lean on Fiuu’s proven coverage and stability across Malaysia’s major verticals.

On the banking side, Samsung Pay already supports 11 banks in Malaysia, ensuring broad card-network reach and credibility. This multi-bank support means the service is accessible to a large pool of banked consumers rather than being restricted to a handful of issuers. Pair that with Fiuu’s multi-bank acquiring connectivity, and merchants gain a single integration point that opens the door to all supported issuers, accelerating adoption of the online payment method.

By the way, Samsung Pay is also now available on Samsung’s own online store, in case you wanna continue supporting the brand with more items from the Korean giant. And yes, online Samsung Pay transactions also earn users Samsung Rewards Points.
