As one of the most common yet underdiagnosed sleep conditions, sleep apnea is actually quite dangerous and is chronic for affected groups. Therefore, physical well-being augmented by technology, in this case, comes in the form of helping users analyze their sleep patterns, receive personalized coaching, and improve their sleep environment.
