SANDAKAN: A family of six cheated death when a huge tree fell on their house at Jambatan Merah, Mile 1, here, on Friday morning.
Six people -- an elderly couple, two adults and two children -- were home when the incident happened at around 9am.
A team from the Civil Defence Force were rushed to the scene to clear the fallen tree.
All six escaped uninjured, however, the house was partially damaged.
