MANILA, Philippines — K-Pop star Sandara Park has set up her own entertainment label, ARADNAS, as she continues her career in music and television on her own terms.
The move places the singer and actress in full control of her professional activities following her departure from Abyss Company earlier this year.
ARADNAS will handle her future music releases, performances and related projects starting with a new single album, "Reprism."
“Sandara Park is making a new beginning with her own label ARADNAS. She will release a new single album titled ‘rePRISM’ on June 20. Starting with this, she plans to continue various activities, including festivals, fan concerts, and an Asia fan concert tour,” Aradnas said.
The label’s name, ARADNAS — “Sandara” spelled backward — has drawn attention from fans as a symbolic reset in her career. Park has not publicly detailed whether the company will expand beyond managing her solo activities.
Park, a member of the K-pop group 2NE1, has maintained a steady presence in entertainment since the group’s disbandment, working across music, variety programs and endorsements in South Korea and the Philippines.
She initially rose to fame in the Philippines before debuting in South Korea under YG Entertainment, where she later gained global recognition as part of 2NE1, one of the country’s most influential girl groups of the 2010s.
