Former Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Sanson is happy that his nightmare is over.
The Frenchman struggled for his best form and regular gametime at the Villa Park club.
Now that he has completed a permanent move to Nice, Sanson cannot hide his pleasure.
It's an absolute pleasure to keep the adventure going at Nice," Sanson said this week.
In my head, it's been clear since the start, and I'm really happy that we've achieved our aims and that the stars have aligned. The season isn't over yet, but it's already a success.
"We're going to be playing European football again, we've got some big challenges ahead of us, and the club is ambitious. I hope that we finish well and that the future will be at least as wonderful."
