KUCHING, March 19 — The flood situation in Sarawak has now fully recovered after the two temporary relief centres, which housed evacuees in Kampung Sinar Budi Baru and Desa Wira, were closed at 4pm today.

According to the Sarawak Disaster Management Committee Secretariat, all 248 evacuees, from 63 families, affected by the floods yesterday, were allowed to return to their respective homes.

Based on the weather forecast of the Malaysian Meteorological Department, one or two places in the interior of Sarawak will experience thunderstorms this afternoon, and rain in the evening.
