TAWAU: Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBK) Sabah Chairperson Datin Soh Kee Suat has called on local authorities to take urgent action to combat the worsening dengue outbreak in the district.
Following a fact-finding visit to Tawau Hospital with Deputy Chairperson Datuk Ronnie Loh, Soh emphasised the need for joint efforts between government agencies and the community to carry out “gotong-royong” activities to eliminate Aedes mosquito breeding grounds.
During the visit, they met with dengue patients Nip Wing Kan and Nip Song Jin from Batu 2, Jalan Apas.
