Sassuolo have accepted a bid from West Ham United for Gianluca Scamacca.
The Italy international striker is now considering whether to move to London.
Sky Italia says West Ham have offered €36m plus €6m in bonuses. Sassuolo will also receive 10 per cent of the sell on fee.
West Ham and Scamacca are now also very close to an agreement on the personal terms.
Scamacca's arrival is likely to end West Ham's interest in Chelsea striker Armando Broja.
