If you’re already saving with Maybank or using your Maybank card for everyday spending, you could earn lucky draw entries without changing your banking habits.
From now until 31 October 2026, Maybank’s Spend or Save Merdeka Campaign rewards customers for everyday banking habits with more than 5,000 prizes up for grabs. The biggest prize is a RM5,000 supermarket sweep, alongside RM1,000 cashback, RM69 cashback, and RM10,000 travel vouchers for selected winners.
The campaign rewards two things many customers already do, which are growing their savings and using their Maybank cards for everyday purchases. Every eligible transaction earns lucky draw entries throughout the campaign.
Save More, Spend As Usual, Earn More Entries
You’ll only need to register once to join the campaign. Registration can be done via SMS, through Maybank’s campaign page, or by transferring exactly RM100 from another bank or e-wallet into an eligible Maybank account using “MY69” in the mandatory Recipient Reference field.
Once you’re in, every RM100 increase in your savings earns lucky draw entries. Transferring exactly RM100 using the MY69 reference earns extra entries too, and maintaining at least RM1,000 in your account by 31 October 2026 gives you bonus entries
Every RM100 spent on a Maybank debit, credit or charge card earns an entry, while overseas transactions receive five bonus entries. If you pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay, you’ll earn another 10 bonus entries for every transaction, regardless of the amount. Government payments, e-wallet top-ups and charity donations are excluded.
More Than 5,000 Prizes Up For Grabs
Twelve winners will enjoy a RM5,000 supermarket sweep, 195 customers will receive RM1,000 cashback, and another 5,000 winners will each get RM69 cashback.
Separately, Maybank is also running its Save-Up Campaign, where 30 customers stand to win travel vouchers worth RM10,000 each by growing their savings and using their Maybank Debit Card.
The campaign is open to new and existing customers with eligible Maybank savings accounts or Maybank-issued debit, credit and charge cards. Winners will be selected after the campaign ends, with prizes expected to be fulfilled within 16 weeks.
