Schalke 04 midfielder Assan Ouedraogo is attracting interest from major clubs across Europe.
Chelsea and Manchester City have been tracking the 17 year-old, reports BILD, who is also on RB Leipzig's radar.
However, Brighton are showing the most serious interest, having lodged enquiries over the summer
Ouedraogo has a deal with S04 to 2027 which carries a 20m buyout clause that comes into enforce next summer.
S04 sports director Andr Hechelmann wants to renegotiate the Germany U17 international's deal and eliminate the clause with an offer to up his salary in exchange.
