The club captain featured in defeat to Manchester United.
Coleman started at right-back and played a full first-half.
United took a 2-0 lead before the break via goals from Joe Hugill and Shola Shoretire.
Sean McAllister struck eight minutes after halftime, but United scored again late on through Hugill to take the points.
