Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah State Department of Arts and Culture (JKKN) is committed to strengthening the activities of conserving, maintaining, developing and promoting the country’s cultural heritage.
Its Director Jasmi Rasit said the Cultural Guidance Programme (PBSB) was synonymous with the mission to create and improve the understanding and skills of artists and students, especially in the fields of arts and education.
“We, at JKKN Sabah, also aspire to the success achieved last year, as a benchmark and measure of the level of performance and quality of our artists and students.
