SANDAKAN: Elopura Assemblyman Calvin Chong Ket Kiun voiced his concern over the implementation of the MyKasih assistance programme in Sabah, claiming it is unfair and biased against local traders.

“I have received numerous complaints from grocery shop and mini-market operators claiming that only a small number of selected premises were allowed to become strategic partners in the MyKasih programme.

“Many other legitimate and actively operating shops were left out, despite being fully capable of providing the necessary goods and services to aid recipients,” he said.
