Kota Kinabalu: A Malaysian from Semporna was arrested during a drug buy-bust operation in Zamboanga City last Friday (Dec. 16).
The joint operation by personnel from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and Philippine National Police was carried out at Barangay Upper Calarian in Zamboanga City shortly after 7.45pm.
Daily Express was informed that the operation resulted in the arrest of Imran bin Muhalir, a resident of Semporna.
