Eatery ordered to shut for two weeks

The Negeri Sembilan kini Facebook page shared that the nasi kandar eatery has been ordered to close for two weeks following an inspection conducted by the Seremban City Council (MBS) Environmental Health Department alongside the MBS Legal Department and the Seremban District Health Office (PKD) on Tuesday (3 February).

“The inspection results found that the premises had committed several offences, including running a business without a valid license, displaying advertisements without licensing approval, failing to maintain the cleanliness of the premises and no cleaning schedule was provided.”

“Employees were found not to have typhoid vaccinations, and the premises failed to ensure the area was free from cockroaches, as the insects were found crawling around the premises.”

Due to these discoveries, the authorities took strict action, including issuing compounds and ordering the premises to close until 17 February (Tuesday), on the grounds of hygiene issues.
