Sergio Gomez was in the stands for Manchester City's victory over Bournemouth.
The Spain U21 left-back touched down in England on Friday after City had an offer accepted by Anderlecht.
Gomez was spotted at the Etihad yesterday with his transfer due to be announced.
City are paying around £11m for the defender.
