Sevilla sports chief Victor Orta insists Rafa Mir could yet stay.

The striker is a target for Valencia.

But Orta said: "We are evaluating internally what can happen with Rafa. In Valencia they are broadcasting the negotiations. Today he is a forward for Sevilla and I think he will be on September 2.

"Also no official offer has come for (Youssef) En-Nesyri."

On Gonzalo Montiel's loan move to Nottingham Forest, Orta added: "The decision making with the loan of Montiel is based on the confidence in Juanlu. He shows that being young, leaving on loan and coming back is a successful operation. We believe that he can become a very important player with us."
