Hey! Did you know an Indian syndicate was exploiting women sexually and promising them IT engineer jobs in Malaysia?

The Malaysian link of the grooming gang introduced selected women to a Malaysia-based contact via calls or through video on WhatsApp.

Indian police are now probing this Malaysian angle. The syndicate’s contact promoted the idea of moving Indians to Malaysia for high-paying jobs and a better lifestyle.

Nashik police organized a clanderstein 40-day undercover operation after a single initial complaint surfaced regarding sexual exploitation and religious influence in February. Now, a team of seven female police officers.

Nashik is a city in the northern region of the Indian state of Maharashtra, situated on the banks of the river Godavari.

According to the YouTube broadcast CNN-News18, despite nine police reports and repeated complaints to HR, action was severely delayed. A special police investigation team has now arrested several employees, calling into question the company's zero-tolerance policy.

Tata Consultancy Services' (TCS) Nashik HR staff are facing serious allegations of sexual harassment and forced religious conversion. The investigation into the TCS Nashik case has widened, with WhatsApp chats and a suspected Malaysia-linked preacher coming under the scanner as authorities probe allegations of harassment and religious coercion.

Several women employees, mostly in their early 20s, filed complaints accusing senior colleagues of molestation, sexual assault, and sustained pressure to change their religion over nearly four years.

Witnesses alleged the accused encouraged each other to target and convert Hindu women, describing what some call a systematic grooming trap within the workplace.

The case, linked to a unit of Tata Consultancy Services, now includes allegations from additional individuals who have accused those involved of sexual harassment and forced conversion claims, according to ongoing reports.

Authorities are continuing to examine all angles, including cross-border connections and digital evidence, as the probe expands further.
