Kota Kinabalu: A 35-year-old Pakistani was charged with sexually harassing a 10-year-old boy.
Mohsin Khan who was brought before Sessions Court Judge Amir Shah Amir Hassan, to face the charge against him on Monday.

He claimed that he just arrived in the State and that he did not understand Bahasa Malaysia.
Mohsin is accused of committing the offence against the boy by licking and sucking his private part at 3.30pm on Dec 28, 2024 behind a toilet of a mosque in Putatan.
The offence, under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017, provides for a jail term of up to 20 years, and whipping, on conviction.
The court set April 10 this year for mention pending the availability of the Pashto interpreter and ordered Mohsin to be remanded further pending the date.
Earlier, Deputy Public prosecutor Nurul Shaferrah Mad Iskim offered no bail to Mohsin on the grounds that the prosecution is still waiting for verification on Mohsin’s document which given by his family.
The court was informed that during the arrest, Mohsin told the police that his passport was missing and then his family gave a document to the police who then sent the document to the Immigration Department for verification.
Mohsin was not represented.
