
A delegation of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, led by its president Harjinder Singh Dhami, on Tuesday reached the USA to chalk out future plans for the propagation of Sikhism there. They would also oversee the work of establishing a Sikh mission there.
The delegation was reportedly extended a warm welcome by local Sikh leaders and sangat at the San Francisco airport in the US.
Other members of the delegation included senior vice-president of the SGPC Raghujit Singh Virk, chief secretary Kulwant Singh Manan, SGPC member Rajinder Singh Mehta, OSD Satbir Singh, secretary Balwinder Singh Kahlwan.
