Kota Kinabalu: "A shame, disgraceful" says former Umno Supreme Council member Tan Sri Anifah Aman referring to the action of Umno Youth chief Dr. Muhamad Akmal Saleh related to the sensitive socks issue.

The four-term Sabah MP also agreed that the State Government should ban Akmal from entering Sabah.

Akmal has been accused of escalating racial tension among Malaysians for incessantly harping on the KK Mart socks issue.

Akmal was questioned by police twice after arriving at the Kota Kinabalu International Airport over an incident in Kelantan.
